BOMA Westchester elects officers for 2016

William Bassett, a property manager at Cushman & Wakefield Inc., last month was elected president of The Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County for 2016.

Other BOMA officers elected for the 2016 term are Susan Curtis, of RXR Realty, vice president;Â Scott Tangredi, of Reckson, a Division of SL Green Realty Corp., secretary, and Cameron Paktinat of Colliers International, treasurer.

Elected to the BOMA chapter”™s board of directors were David Berk, of L&L Holding Co.; Vinny Finnegan, of Gedney Way Consultants LLC; Jay Lapham, of Allegiance Realty Corp.; John Lomurno, of GlobeOp Financial Services LLC; Edward Miller, of Celestial Capital Group LLC; Caroline Molloy, of Cushman & Wakefield; and Cameron Paktinat, of Colliers International.

Paul Senecal of United Services of America, an Affineco Co., will serve as allied representative for BOMA of Westchester and Dean Bender, of Thompson & Bender, is the chapter”™s public relations adviser.
