BOMA Westchester elects 2015 officers

Ian Ceppos, a commercial real estate broker at Colliers International in Stamford, last month was elected to a second term as president of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County.
Other BOMA officers elected to new terms were William Bassett, property manager at Cushman & Wakefield Inc., vice president; Susan Curtis, senior property manager at RXR Realty, secretary; and Scott Tangredi, senior property manager at Reckson, a division of SL Green Realty Corp., treasurer.
Elected to the BOMA chapter”™s board of directors were Dean Bender, of Thompson & Bender; David Berk, of Normandy Real Estate Partners; Vinny Finnegan, of Mack-Cali Realty Corp.; John Lomurno, of GlobeOp Financial Services LLC; Caroline Molloy, of Cushman & Wakefield; and Cameron Paktinat, of Colliers International.
