Beauty supply store to lease space on Central Ave.

Sabre Real Estate Group L.L.C., a  new retail brokerage in the New York metropolitan region, has arranged a lease that will bring a Cosmo Prof beauty supply store to Yonkers.

The 2,475-square-foot store will be in the Highridge Plaza Shopping Center at 1789 Central Ave.,  an 88,500-square-foot, supermarket-anchored center owned by Brixmor. The store is expected to open in August and will be Cosmo Prof”™s second in Westchester; another is located in White Plains.

Greg Batista, a director at Sabre, represented Cosmo Prof, while Nick Andreadis represented Brixmor in-house.

Cosmo Prof sells bulk cosmetics to beauty salons as well as individual products to retail customers. Based in Denton, Texas, Cosmo Prof has more than 700 stores across North America.
