Ardsley flex building sells for $4.75M
G&G Instrument Corp. has sold its 59,000-square-foot flex office building at 466 Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley for $4.75 million, according to Colliers International.
Representing the owner in the deal was the Colliers team of Ian Ceppos, senior managing director, vice chairman Alex Jinishian, executive managing director Al Gutierrez, and associate Cameron Paktinat.
Avon Development Enterprises Corp. of New York City was the buyer.
The 3-story property was developed in 1968 by G&G, a medical instruments manufacturer and supplier, which formerly occupied space in the building.
“Because of the product type, building location, flexibility to multi-tenant, and size we were able to generate a great deal of interest from multiple users and investors,” Gutierrez said.
Alan Weisman, executive managing director at Lee & Associates in New York City, represented Avon Development in the deal.
