Free and open to the public, Young and Black features the work of lifelong Newburgh resident Christopher Lane, a senior majoring in business management and administration with a graphic design minor. In this series, Lane delves deep into the life he has come to know as a young African American man living in the city of Newburgh.

Composed of photography, paintings and digital pieces, Lane”™s work intersects the boundaries of fine art and social activism, utilizing the creative power of visual communication to engage and challenge the viewers”™ perceptions.
