White Plains attorney Seth M. Mandelbaum to chair Westchester Parks Foundation

Westchester Parks Foundation, a nonprofit focused on promoting and supporting the county”™s parks, has named Seth M. Mandelbaum as the new chairman of its board of directors.

Mandelbaum, managing partner with the White Plains law firm McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt LLP, has served as the organization”™s vice chairman since 2015 and has been a member of its board of trustees since 2011. He replaces Joanne Fernandez, government affairs manager at Entergy, who stepped down from the board”™s leadership role after six years at the helm. Jane Solnick, director of public affairs at Con Edison, will become vice chairwoman.

Mandelbaum”™s law practice covers land use and environmental law, alternative energy, municipal law and not-for-profit organizations. He is also certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional.
