Pace Women’s Justice Center hosts fundraiser
The Pace Women”™s Justice Center recently held its Celebrating Justice Benefit Dinner at the Doubletree at Tarrytown.
The annual dinner celebrated the 20th anniversary of its Family Court Legal Program and honored professor Gretchen Flint and the Dobkin Family Foundation.
Family Court Legal Program, one of the flagship programs of the justice center, provides emergency legal services on a walk-in basis at the family courthouses of Yonkers and White Plains.
Pace Women”™s Justice Center’s mission is to pursue justice for victims and survivors who are suffering from domestic violence, elder abuse and sexual assault.
Each year, the organization provides free legal services to nearly 3,000 victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and elder abuse, as well as conducts or participates in more than 140 training and outreach events.
