CRYSTAL RUN HEALTHCARE in Middletown recently announced the following appointments.

Herman S. Green.

Herman S. Green was appointed as chief financial officer. Green will oversee all financial and accounting operations for Crystal Run Healthcare, including strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget and management of all fiscal and regulatory reporting.

Green has more than 25 years of financial management experience for organizations, including MasterCard Inc., Moore Medical Corp. and General Electric Capital Corp. Most recently, he was vice president, finance/global finance at MasterCard. Green has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Howard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

 

 

Bryan Chung
Bryan Chung.

Bryan Chung JD, MPH, CHC, was appointed director of compliance. In this newly created position, Chung will oversee the organization”™s compliance efforts to ensure all policies, procedures and general operations comply with the growing regulatory requirements in the health care sector as well as the ethical standards set forth by the practice.

Most recently, Chung owned and operated his own health care management consulting business where he assisted health care providers in designing and implementing effective compliance programs. Previously, he was at Queens-Long Island Medical Group as chief corporate compliance officer.

Chung has a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and a master”™s degree in public health with a concentration in health care management from Emory School of Public Health, and a Juris Doctorate from St. John”™s University School of Law.

 

Shannon Boyle

Shannon Boyle was recently promoted to vice president and will continue to serve as the director of human resources for Greater Hudson Bank.

Most recently, she served as a senior human resources specialist for emerging health information technology. Boyle has a bachelor”™s degree in business administration, management relations/industrial and organizational psychology from St. Thomas Aquinas College.

 

 

 

Elizabeth M. Hecht, of Pound Ridge, was recently named chairwoman of the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association, the largest voluntary state bar association in the nation. Hecht is a partner at Mead Hecht Conklin & Gallagher in White Plains.

A 28-year member of the State Bar, Hecht recently served as vice-chairwoman of the Trial Lawyers Section. She has a bachelor”™s degree from Fairfield University, a master”™s degree from the Catholic University of America and a law degree from Pace University School of Law.
