Before the recent stormy weather and back to school, the sunny skies brought local residents and tourists to one of the region”™s most popular weeklong events, the Dutchess County Fair. The “Think Differently Thursday” event for children with special needs and their families was also scheduled to allow quiet enjoyment of the activities without stress or anxiety before it opens to the public
