BANK FOUNDATION MARKS 20 YEARS OF GIVING TO COMMUNITY

First County Bank Foundation in Stamford recently x that it is donating $495,000 in grants to more than 100 Fairfield County nonprofits through its annual CommunityFirst Grant Program. 

The range of organizations impacted by these grants, which span Fairfield County cities and towns include local community partners that are focused on addressing critical issues for those in need. 

“During this unprecedented time of crisis in our community, First County Bank Foundation is committed to supporting local nonprofits that continue to work tirelessly to provide much-needed services to the most vulnerable members of our society,” said Robert J. Granata, bank chairman, CEO and president of its foundation. 

Established in 2001 in honor of the bank”™s 150th anniversary, First County Bank Foundation was created to distribute funds annually to nonprofit organizations.
