SUMMER ARTISTS EXHIBIT OPENS - Westfair Communications

Stamford Museum & Nature Center (SM&NC) recently opened its summer exhibition “Under Pressure: Painting with Air” on view through Sept. 2. The new exhibition showcases 40 diverse works of contemporary airbrush realism, wide-ranging in theme and style.Later this season on Thursday, Aug. 1 at 6 p.m., one of the participating artists Alan Pastrana will return to present a Masterclass demonstrating his artistic process and technique.

Part of the SM&NC’s Nights Out adult program series, members and nonmembers alike are welcome to attend for $15 or $20, respectively, with preregistration at stamfordmuseum.org/masterclass.
