Archtop Fiber, a provider of multigig, 100%-fiber internet and phone service to residential and business customers across the Northeast, has welcomed Keith Taub as its inaugural chief financial officer. With a proven track record of sparking transformative business growth within the telecom and technology sectors, Taub joins Archtop at a pivotal time as the company continues to accelerate its 100%-fiber network expansion and explores strategic M&A opportunities to broaden its footprint.
Known for bold leadership and expertise in delivering on financial goals, Taub will be responsible for overseeing Archtop’s financial strategy, guiding investment and financial planning initiatives to further drive Archtop’s mission to deliver the fastest, most reliable fiber internet to communities throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond.
Jeff DeMond, chairman and CEO of Archtop Fiber, said “With his (Taub) extensive experience, ability to drive results and true passion for our mission, Keith will be a dynamic force in furthering expansion plans across new markets. His strategic approach to accelerating financial and operational growth will help us continue redefining what’s possible for our customers and communities.”
Prior to Archtop, Taub held leadership positions at several tech and fiber-focused companies, including Comcast, Technical Safety Services, Tachus and Logix Fiber Network.
Since early 2024, Archtop has launched service in Kingston, Saugerties, Rhinebeck, and Warwick, New York. The mission-driven broadband provider is anticipated to launch service this month in additional markets, including Hudson and Woodstock, New York, and Pittsfield/Berkshires, Massachusetts. Beyond market expansion, Archtop will launch 5 and 8Gbps internet speeds for residential customers in its newly developed service areas by year’s end.
