POLICE DEPARTMENT EVENT TO BENEFIT TOWN’S SOCIAL SERVICES SANTA FUND
Share the joy, spread the cheer at this season’s Stuff-A-Cruiser on Dec. 7 from 9 to 2 p.m., co-sponsored by the New Milford Police Department and Litchfield Crossings in New Milford to benefit the town’s Social Service’s Santa Fund. Cruisers and U-Hauls, thanks to Candlewood Motors, will be parked and ready for stuffing with treasures and goodies in the parking lot in front of Kohl’s.
Sgt. Jim Dzamko of the New Milford Police Department, said, “With additional support from Litchfield Crossing’s retailers T.J. Maxx, Five Below and Kohl’s, this year’s drive aims to surpass last year’s success in providing for children and families in need.”
Kristen Gizzi, executive director of Litchfield Crossings, “We are pleased, once again, to be sponsoring this generous event. It’s a wonderful way for the community to come together and share the joy of the holiday season. Whether you are giving a small toy, clothing or other essentials, every gift makes a difference and brings holiday cheer. And a big thanks to our Litchfield Crossings family of retailers for their support.”
