PERSON TO PERSON FOOD DRIVE

Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk held a holiday food drive that collected more than 40 bags of food for a local nonprofit. Its Senior Advisor Stephanie Riggio said the holiday food drive benefitted Person to Person, a local support agency that serves lower Fairfield County, including the Darien, Norwalk and Stamford area.

The food was donated by local professionals and partners, staff, resident families and people in the community, she said.

“We received an overwhelming response and are very touched by the outpouring of generosity,’’ said Riggio. “At Bridges® by Epoch we work to form partnerships that support our local communities.”

Person to Person supports families and individuals as they move toward stability with healthy food, clothing, housing assistance, and a path to economic opportunity. It currently serves approximately 28,000 individuals in lower Fairfield County, including the towns of Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Weston, Westport, and Wilton.
