PERSON OF VISION AWARDEE

First County Bank Chairman and CEO Robert J. Granata received the first-ever Person of Vision award from the Yale Eye Center. The award was presented to Granata by the Yale Eye Center Advisory Board Co-Chairs Jack Feighery and Ronald M. Salvatore along with Chairman Gene Rubino, during a recent benefit breakfast in his honor.

When selecting a candidate for its inaugural award presentation the eye center looked for an outstanding citizen, one who not only excels in a professional capacity but also goes above and beyond through community service and outreach to community organizations and shows strong compassion for helping others. “Bob was the ideal candidate to be recognized with this award,” said Rubino. “Bob sets the precedent for all future Person of Vision awardees. He is an exemplary leader both professionally and philanthropically who continues to help others through support and service, within First County Bank and the Stamford Community,” said Rubino.
