Karen Trendell brings over 20 years of executive experience in sales and operations, human resources, client services, call center management and sales development and strategy to her membership in the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce. Throughout her career, Trendell has held pivotal leadership roles at Hospitality/Dexter Solutions, MyPublisher, Envision EMI, ContextWeb, Reader’s Digest, RD Children’s Publishing, QSP, May Company, and Time Inc. She has consistently driven profitability through strategic initiatives, including the revitalization and expansion of businesses, departments and teams.

Currently she serves as chief operations officer at Anchor Payroll Solutions, where she oversees operational excellence, client services and strategic initiatives.
