Carter Morse & Goodrich (CMG) in Southport, Connecticut, has welcomed Kyle Crowley to the firm as an associate. He will play an important role on CMG’s transaction team, helping founders, families and management teams navigate the complex financial and strategic decisions involved in achieving a successful transaction.
Crowley joins CMG following seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he most recently served as a senior manager in the firm’s deals practice. There, he specialized in Quality of Earnings and other financial due diligence analyses, advising strategic and private equity clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Crowley began his career in PwC’s Banking and Capital Markets audit practice before transitioning to the Deals practice. He graduated from the University of Richmond with a major in accounting and a concentration in finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kyle to the CMG family,” said Terry Hannafin, partner at CMG. “He has already become an integral part of our transaction execution team, helping our clients as they pursue their once-in-a-lifetime transactions. His technical and analytical skills, together with his alignment with our core values, have already resulted in meaningful contributions for our family and founder clients.”
