MANAGER OF COMPLEX RESTORATION PROJECTS APPOINTED

Don O’Dell

New Crystal Restoration (NCR), in Port Chester, Westchester County’s oldest and trusted restoration company, has promoted Don O’Dell to head of project management. With over a decade of industry experience and numerous certifications, O’Dell will lead NCR’s project management team, ensuring high-quality service and seamless project execution.

Certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration; and Certification in Applied Microbial Remediation, Water Damage Restoration and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, his extensive expertise in managing complex restoration projects makes him an invaluable leader in the NCR team.

In addition to his certifications, O’Dell has completed Claims Training for Subrogation 1 and 2 and Restoration Estimating, equipping him to navigate the insurance claims process efficiently. He is also OSHA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards on all job sites, and holds certification as a New York State Mold Abatement Worker/Supervisor and is Lead Renovation Certified.
