Chaffin Luhana LLP, a plaintiffs-only injury law firm, announced that attorneys Justin Joseph and Beth Wilkins have been promoted to partner.

Joseph, a native of Western Pennsylvania and resident of Pittsburgh, is an experienced personal injury attorney who has dedicated his career to representing injured victims in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Over the course of his career, he has secured more than $50 million in recoveries for clients, achieving major case victories and handling a wide range of personal injury matters, including those involving negligent drivers and property owners.

Beth Wilkins, a resident of St. Louis, is an experienced attorney with over 15 years of practice, specializing in mass tort litigation and representing individuals harmed by corporate misconduct, including toxic pollution and defective products. With a strong science background, including degrees in biochemistry, cellular biolog, and public health, she brings a unique perspective to her legal work. She is known for managing complex cases with expertise and care and is a committed mentor to younger attorneys.

Wilkins also has played a key leadership role in the In Re: Uber Technologies Inc., Passenger Sexual Assault Litigation, where she has spearheaded pivotal motions and continues to make significant contributions to the leadership team.
