Bank adds new branch leaders

KeyBank has announced the recent new leadership appointments within its Stamford branch team ––  Jessie Paul, manager of its Harbor Point, Stamford branch, and Milky Rudecindo who transferred from the bank’s Hudson Valley team to be the new manager of Key’s Summer Street branch.  Both women will be responsible for driving the sales and service goals for their respective branch teams and report to Jarleam Gonzalez, area retail leader for the southern Connecticut area.

Paul brings 20 years of banking experience to Key, beginning as a personal banker with Citibank in 2006 and progressing to numerous positions of increasing responsibility. Previously, she spent 11 years with Chase Bank in Greenwich as a business relationship manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.  Earlier in her professional career she was a criminal defense attorney in the Bronx.  She is active in her community, working with the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County, Midnight Run Inc. of Dobbs Ferry, New York, Habitat for Humanity of Fairfield County, and Ability Beyond of Westchester County, New York.

Rudecindo joined KeyBank as a private client banker in Dutchess County, New York in 2021, and was promoted to branch manager in 2023 and transferred to lead the Summer Street, Stamford branch in March 2024.  Prior to joining Key, Rudecindo spent 15 years with JPMorgan Chase, beginning her banking career as a licensed relationship banker, and progressing to subsequent roles as a small-business specialist, and private client banker. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree from American Intercontinental University.
