HOP Energy acquires KoscoHeritage Energy of Kingston

HOP Energy KoscoHeritage — Kosco Heritage Energy principals Ken Davenport, Pat Garraghan and Barry Motzkin.

HOP Energy LLC, a White Plains-based distributor of heating oil, propane and other petroleum products, has acquired heating oil distributor KoscoHeritage Energy LLC of Kingston. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Originally known as the Kingston Oil Supply Corp., KoscoHeritage has been in operation roughly 80 years and serves 21,000 residential commercial and HVAC customers in the Hudson Valley region. HOP Energy is a portfolio company of two private equity firms, Delos Capital and Shorevest Capital.
