Greenwich’s Littlejohn & Co. acquires janitorial services firm Pritchard Industries

Greenwich private investment firm Littlejohn & Co. LLC, has acquired Pritchard Industries, a provider of janitorial, engineering and exterior services for commercial properties, for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1986 and based in New York City, Pritchard has a workforce of more than 10,000 people across 24 states. The company has more than 900 clients with properties that include office buildings, education and government facilities, sports and entertainment venues, medical complexes and industrial facilities.

The Pritchard senior management team led by President and CEO Jay Leyden will remain as “significant owners of the company,” according to a press statement issued by Littlejohn.
