Berkshire Hathaway acquires Wilton’s Realty Seven
Realty Seven, an independent residential real estate brokerage based in Wilton, has been acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York and Westchester Properties. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1978, the family-owned Realty Seven employs 22 agents. Peg Kollemer, the owner of Realty Seven, said that becoming part of the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services environment was “the best opportunity to provide our team the resources and support to take client services to the next level.”
