Assisted Living Services acquires Day Kimball Homemakers

Assisted Living Services Inc., a non-medical homecare agency in Westport and Chesire, has acquired Day Kimball Homemakers Inc., a subsidiary of Day Kimball Healthcare, a nonprofit hospital network in Northeastern Connecticut.

All of the Day Kimball Homemakers employees were offered positions with Assisted Living Services and the acquired company’s clients will not experience any interruption in services. The financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
