Connoisseur Media picks up two Fairfield County stations in exchange deal
Westport-headquartered Connoisseur Media has entered into an asset exchange with Atlanta”™s Cumulus Media Inc. that will bring two Southern Connecticut radio stations under Connoisseur”™s ownership for four radio stations in and around Allentown, Pennsylvania.
The stations being acquired by Connoisseur are licensed to Westport (WEBE-FM) and Bridgeport (WICC-AM), while Cumulus is picking up WODE-FM, WWYY-FM, WEEX-AM, WTKZAM and translator W234AX. The exchange is expected to close in the third quarter, pending FCC approval.
