Cablevision launches MSG Varsity
Cablevision Systems Corp. is set to launch MSG Varsity, a 24/7 television network that the company said will be “the ultimate destination for high school sports and activities.”
The network includes a multiplatform suite of services serving four distinct regions in the tri-state area, a comprehensive online destination and interactive service. The services will be available to Cablevision”™s iO TV and Optimum Online customers beginning Sept. 24.

Four news feeds will serve Long Island; Brooklyn and the Bronx; Connecticut, Westchester and the Hudson Valley; and New Jersey.
