Senasys acquires Mamaroneck-based PresAir

Mamaroneck-based PresAir L.L.C. has been acquired by Senasys Inc., an Altoona, Wis., manufacturer.

PresAir, which has been in business for 40 years, builds switch controls for commercial and residential uses in products including spas, whirlpools and air conditioning systems.

The office and a number of jobs have been relocated to Altoona, according to a Senasys announcement of the acquisition, which took place July 1. Senasys Founder Steve Dye said he hopes to incorporate the PresAir line to offer a greater range of products.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
