Interactive Brokers names Cecelia Zhong as executive director for China business development
Greenwich’s Interactive Brokers Group has hired Cecelia Zhong for the newly created position of executive director focused on business development in China.
Zhong was previously CEO of Guojin Resources Ltd., a Hong Kong subsidiary of Guojin Metal Technology.
Earlier in her career, she led and coordinated sales and marketing activities for the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the London Metal Exchange and was responsible for setting up NYSE Euronext”™s business hub in Hong Kong.
“With extensive experience in the financial services industry in Mainland China and Hong Kong, Cecelia will certainly help bolster our local product offerings and strengthen relationships with key market participants in the region,” said David Friedland, managing director for Asia Pacific operations at Interactive Brokers.
