Traub Lieberman renews Hawthorne headquarters lease

The law firm of Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP renewed its lease for 28,007 square feet of space for its headquarters at 7 Skyline Drive in Hawthorne.

The deal was announced by commercial office broker Howard E. Greenberg, president of Howard Properties Ltd. in White Plains, who represented the tenant.

The building is part of the Mack-Cali Realty Corp.”™s Mid-Westchester Executive Park. Carol McGuire, Mack-Cali”™s vice president for leasing, represented the landlord.

Founded 20 years ago, Traub Lieberman has six offices in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Illinois and California.
