U.S. News & World Report ranks Fairfield University among best online programs
Fairfield University’s graduate business programs have been ranked among the 2024 Best Online Programs by U.S. News & World Report.
The Charles F. Dolan School of Business specialty programs (excluding MBA) jumped seven spots to No. 68 in the Best Online Master’s in Business Programs category.
“It is not surprising that our online masters’ programs have gone up in the ranking as the same dedicated faculty teach online to similar small classes as in our established on-campus programs,” said Anca Micu, senior associate dean and professor of marketing. “The ability we have to teach and career-coach our students on a personal level – including online – drives our great student outcomes.”
According to U.S. News, “This year’s edition evaluates more than 1,600 online bachelor’s and master’s degree programs using metrics specific to online learning. The rankings only include degree-granting programs offered primarily online by regionally accredited institutions.”
U.S. News & World Report’s 2023-2024 Best Graduate Schools rankings included Fairfield Dolan’s finance, marketing and business analytics programs among the top 20 in the United States, and Fairfield Dolan’s accounting program maintained a high ranking of No. 26 nationally. In the state of Connecticut, Dolan’s accounting, business analytics, finance and marketing programs were ranked No. 1.
