Attendees will enjoy a five-course tasting experience, including pours from Château de Berne and Ultimate Provence in Southern France, and receive a one-of-a-kind, hand-embellished limited edition print custom-made for the event.

The evening also brings together a global entrepreneur and an established Greenwich restaurant.

Bob Gaudreau, CEO North America of Provence Rosé Group, has more than 30 years experience in building companies from the ground up, growing both their geographic market footprint and scaling their operational practices. He was one of the first employees of IWG (formerly Regus), now the world’s largest operator of workplace solutions. He oversaw its growth from four locations in Belgium to more than 3,500 in 100-plus countries. During this time, Gaudreau lived in Brussels and London before moving back to the United States to oversee the opening of  IWG operations in the Americas. He spent his final years at IWG overseeing the sales division of the company and was responsible for generating more than $2 billion dollars in annual revenues.

Gaudreau joined MDCV and the Provence Rosé Group in 2018 with a specific mission:   He wanted to take on a whole new challenge and build another business from scratch. As a regular visitor to Château de Berne for the last 13 years, he fell in love with both Provence and its wines. Now he’s able to pair his passion for the region’s vintages with his marketing savvy.

Located on the Greenwich Avenue site of the former Versailles café, Bistro V – from the same team that brought patrons Méli-Mélo in 1994 – serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, with happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.
