HPCW hosts Tree of Life reception - Westfair Communications

HOSPICE & PALLIATIVE CARE OF WESTCHESTER (HPCW) hosted its Annual “Tree of Life” Reception in December at the Hilton Westchester in Rye Brook. Community members made donations and placed personalized gold stars in memory or in honor of a loved one on the “Tree of Life.”
