Credits, Clients and Awards Westchester County 12-31-12

Food Bank for Westchester recently received a $50,000 contribution to help address the increased food needs of the area in the wake of Hurricane Sandy and the Nor”™easter that followed. The grant was given to the nonprofit organization through the Walmart Foundation”™s New York State Giving Program and provided much-needed financial support to help supply bags of emergency food for distribution to individuals and families throughout Westchester in the days and weeks after the hurricane.
