Lipka is a past president of the Dutchess County Board of Realtors, where Pagano has served as a real estate instructor.

“We are always open to business opportunities and smart mergers that bring together like-minded business people and agent talent,” said ERA Insite Realty”™s principal broker, Louis Budetti, in a press release. “Team IV Homes has developed a strong network of business over the past 25 years in their market. We will support the continuation of those opportunities, while providing a more cost-effective basis of operations.”
