Orange County”™s Business Accelerator welcomed another entrepreneurial business to its ranks on April 14.

Initially, 4e Productions joined the OCBA as an associate client, but the company has now taken up full-time residence at the New Windsor business incubator.

“The Accelerator has a proven track record with its Associate Client plan, which is evident here in 4e Productions”™ evolution into residency here,” said the OCBA”™s managing director Michael DiTullo. “The firm has made great strides since joining in mid-2010 as an associate client, and now they”™ve taken their business development efforts to the next level.”

4e Productions is a multimedia music and video production company that strives to “enlighten, empower and enrich everyone” ”“ hence the company name, 4e, which has doubled its workforce in previous months, operates several divisions, including “4e MUSIC”(ASCAP publisher of songs), “4e 4kids”  (children”™s programs) and “4e 4all” (niche programs/universal programs for all audiences).

“4e Productions is grateful to the accelerator for making us part of its family and providing a foundation to tap into the wonderful energy that resides in Orange County,” said Will Rodman, co-founder and CEO of 4e Productions. “OCBA has been a valuable resource and a conduit to other community organizations that have aligned with the values and mission of 4e.”

“Letters To Daddy: The Musical Key to Bully-Free” will debut in September at local elementary and middle schools for the 2011-2012 school year, the first in a series of empowering programs by 4e Productions. It aims to strengthen character and enhance skill-building when facing life”™s challenges, including bullying.

“4e is focused primarily on children because we believe they are our present,” said Rodman. “They are a gift, and they are now. It is through their development and guidance that we will see a lasting effect and a brighter future.”

“The accelerator has become a key contributor to Orange County”™s economic development team since opening in 2009,” said the County Executive Ed Diana. “4e Productions, is another company with a strong business model and great possibility for future expansion.”
