Dutchess Regional Chamber of Commerce “007” gala was a big hit at the Grandview in Poughkeepsie Saturday, Feb. 7. More than 350 people turned out to cheer for Fred Schaeffer, the attorney who has spearheaded Walkway Over the Hudson, honoring him with the “Community Spirit Award” and H. Todd Brinckerhoff and family of Brinckerhoff & Neuville, Inc. who were honored with the “Community Service Award.” Among the guests:
