White Plains law firm launches health care program

White Plains law firm Brown, Gruttadaro, Gaujean & Prato PLLC said Wednesday it has launched Concierge Legal Services for the Medical Professional, a 24/7 program providing clients the services of its attorneys for any professional or personal legal issue.

The program, which includes an annual fee, provides health care clients and their immediate family members with access to the firm’s attorneys, who will provide legal advice, evaluations and appearances in areas including real estate closings, employment contracts, estate planning, insurance, malpractice, elder care and traffic tickets.

Max Gaujean, founding member of the firm and the senior managing attorney for its White Plains office, said the program will be provided at a low cost because of prior feedback from clients.

“The concept of the Concierge Legal Services program was hatched from conversations with our clients about their hesitancy to call an attorney because of the cost,” Gaujean said. “With CLS, our clients will have access to us whenever they need it, giving them piece of mind that they don’t have to worry about looking on the clock.”

Annual fees are based on number of years in practice, and all fee levels receive the same services.

Brown, Gruttadaro, Gaujean & Prato PLLC, which focuses on health care and operates its White Plains location at 1 North Broadway, also has offices in Rochester and Manhattan.
