Westchester Medical Center hires Lee as senior vice president

Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, the flagship of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network, has appointed named James Y. Lee as senior vice president for operations.

In his new role, Lee will oversee services and clinical support areas on the Valhalla and Poughkeepsie campuses, including pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, respiratory care and all clinical service lines.

Lee previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer at NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville. The Greenwich resident earned an MBA from Cornell University, completed his administrative residency at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and earned a B.A. in economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
