Greenwich Hospital names new bariatric surgery director
Yale Medicine surgeon Dr. Neil Floch has been appointed director of bariatric surgery at Greenwich Hospital, effective May 1.
Before joining Greenwich Hospital and Yale Medicine, Floch was section head of general surgery and director of bariatric and minimally invasive surgery at Norwalk Hospital and associate clinical professor of surgery at the University of Vermont School of Medicine. He also served as president of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery”™s Connecticut Chapter and has authored 24 journal articles and seven book chapters, including serving as an author and co-editor of Netter”™s Gastroenterology.
