BCW workshop to analyze election season

With just over a month until the elections, The Business Council of Westchester (BCW) will host a public workshop Sept. 28 to break down how New York voters will affect the balance of power in Congress and the state Senate.

Held at Heineken USA headquarters in White Plains, the “Road to November” event will feature presentations by Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos, State Sen. Michael Gianaris, and other top lawmakers.

“With just about five weeks left until the election, it is important for voters to know how their vote can make a difference,” said BCW President and CEO Marsha Gordon in a press release. “This program will deliver useful information from some of the state’s top lawmakers themselves, helping voters to make decisions that will ultimately impact New York and our country for years to come.”
