PepsiCo’s Quaker Oats recalls granola bars and cereals

The Quaker Oats Co. division of Purchase-headquartered PepsiCo Inc. (NASDAQ:PEP) has recalled its granola bars and granola cereals due to the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.

The full list of recalled products is now available online. The products listed are sold throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam and Saipan.

The company recommended the products should be thrown out. To date, there have been no confirmed reports of illness related to the products covered by the recall.
