On the Town 4-4-13

Join Chef Franca D”™Amico of the Westchester Italian Cultural Center to celebrate the flavors of spring with a cannelloni cooking lesson at 6:30 p.m. April 12 at the center’s demonstration kitchen.

Attendees will begin with a polenta appetizer and make three kinds of cannelloni. Fee for members, $50; member’s guests, $60. Salad and wine included. Sponsored by Trotta’s House of Pasta in Thornwood. Advance registration required at wiccny.org.
