Italian restaurant Le Madri opens in Bethel

Le Madri, a family-owned and operated restaurant featuring rustic Italian cuisine, has opened at 41 Grassy Plain St. in Bethel.

Chef and restaurateur Vinicio Llanos taps into his Sicilian grandmother”™s recipes for Le Madri”™s menu. Llanos”™ sister Patricia and their mother are joining him in the kitchen, with specialty dishes including Fettucini con Fungi, Gnocchi Bolognese and Cavatelli ia Piselli.

Le Madri”™s main dining room seats 130 and a private dining room can host up to 30 guests. The establishment also features a U-shaped bar surrounded by raised booth seating.
