Diageo’s Smirnoff brand debuts Zero Sugar Infusions

Diageo”™s Smirnoff brand has introduced Zero Sugar Infusions, a new line that erases sugar from the alcohol in favor of natural flavorings.

The new products are 60 proof with a 30% alcohol volume and consist of three flavor combinations: Cucumber & Lime, Watermelon & Mint and Strawberry & Rose. The products are also gluten-free and made without artificial flavors or colors. The new line will be available in retail channels this month at a suggested retail price of $11.99 per 750mL bottle.

To promote Zero Sugar Infusions, Diageo has recruited veteran actor Ted Danson and “Saturday Night Live” comic Cecily Strong for a series of television commercials; a special launch event is planned for New York City later this month with singer/songwriter Jessie James Decker and “Chopped” judge Chef Amanda Freitag.
