Two dozen leases closed at The Exchange
Normandy Real Estate Partners closed a total of 109,500 square feet of leases through July this year at The Exchange, the New Jersey-based company”™s office-parks portfolio along Interstate 287 in Harrison and White Plains.
Activity at Normandy”™s 14 class-A office buildings included 37,100 square feet of new leases and 72,400 square feet of renewals and expansions.
Justin Krebs, principal of Normandy Real Estate Partners, noted that Atos S.A., an international information technology services company headquartered in France, signed a new 10,500-sqaure-foot lease at The Exchange, “one of only two tenant relocations to Westchester from Fairfield County in the past 12 months ”“ a significant accomplishment for The Exchange and the local market.”
The Platinum Mile landlord reported the following tenant deals in the first seven months of 2012.
