Office lofts building sold in New Rochelle
The Centre Main Building, a mixed-use property with a restored terra cotta facade and lobby at 81 Centre Ave. in downtown New Rochelle, has sold for $2.95 million to Queens-based MISR Realty Inc. The seller was Cornell Pace Inc, a real estate investment and management company in New Rochelle.
From Ariel Property Advisors in Manhattan, a sales team of Scot Hirschfield, Jason Gold, Shimon Shkury and Victor Sozio represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The corner property includes 6,000 square feet of street level retail space and 12,000 square feet of fully leased office lofts. Hirschfield, vice president of Ariel Property Advisors, in a press release said the building”™s lofts are “a haven for creative types, including artists, photogÂraphers and designers” and have attracted a waiting list of prospective tenants.
