Two leases finalized in Greenwich building
The Connecticut office of Transwestern, a real estate services company with 34 offices nationally, recently negotiated two lease transactions at 67 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich, bringing building occupancy there to 94 percent.
Peak Physique, a fitness center, has leased 4,614 square feet, and Brown Paper Co., a paper distributor, has renewed its lease for 2,661 square feet. Transwestern Principal Thomas Ashforth and Morgan Lewis, leasing associate, are the exclusive leasing agents for the building on behalf of the owner, Westport-based David Adam Realty Inc.
“Sixty-seven Holly Hill Lane offers Class A space to small users at competitive rates as compared to central Greenwich,” Ashforth said in a stateemnt. “That combined with a great ownership entity and close proximity to Greenwich, Port Chester, Interstate 95 and two railroad stations makes 67 Holly Hill Lane highly desirable for a diverse mix of tenants.”
Ashforth and Connor Scanlon, who recently transferred to Transwestern”™s New York office, represented David Adam Realty and Peak Physique in its lease. Ashforth and Scanlon co-represented both parties with David Adam Realty in the Brown Paper transaction. Transwestern is a privately held real estate firm specializing in agency leasing, property and facilities management, tenant advisory, capital markets, research and sustainability.
