Suite address for life on the move

Having lived around the country and the world, Kylie Cappelli has experienced the trepidation of being that stranger in a strange land.

“Whether you”™re relocating from somewhere as close as Manhattan or from another part of the country, it is a big lifestyle change,” said Cappelli, who is married to developer Louis Cappelli. “You really don”™t get a feel for a place until you actually live somewhere.”
As a solution to all this, the Ritz-Carlton Westchester in White Plains, which Louis Cappelli built and which she helped design, offers the Atelier Suites, fully furnished one-bedroom suites with living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Each suite includes two 42-inch flat panel TVs, DVD and music system. The 32 suites are available for short- and long-term rental. Monthly rentals start at $8,000 with a minimum three-month term. A limited number of suites are also being offered for purchase.
Services available to residents of The Atelier Suites include a chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce and Bentley, use of the fitness center, swimming pool and spa and housekeeping and linen service.

“You can be as private or as much a part of the hotel experience as you”™d like,” Cappelli said.

The suites feature furniture and finishes by Holland & Sherry for a “tailored, simple, clean, uncluttered look,” according to Cappelli.
Cappelli said the suites are ideal for someone relocating to White Plains who wants to get to know the area in a stress-free environment.

“I think ultimately it winds up saving you money, and it”™s absolutely worry and hassle free as opposed to owning a home,” Cappelli said. “There”™s so much stress and distraction in life, to be able to have a sanctuary is the whole idea.”
