Success via Onion Crunch explored

Greenwich-based international law firm Withers Bergman hosts Nick Loeb as the next participant of the firm”™s “Inside the Entrepreneurial Mind” series.

Loeb is founder and chief marking officer of The Crunchy Condiment Co., a snack/condiment maker that launched its feature Onion Crunch in 2011. The event is 8-9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 28, Delamar Greenwich Harbor, 500 Steamboat Road, Greenwich.

Within its first year, Onion Crunch generated more than $1 million in revenue and is now available in more than 11,000 stores including Safeway, Supervalu and Walmart.

Loeb was recently dubbed “Mr. Condiment” by The New York Times. He is expected to share his insights into successful entrepreneurism. He is a descendant of the founders of brokerage firm Loeb, Rhoades & Co. and the founders of Lehman Brothers, as well as son to former Ambassador to Denmark John L. Loeb Jr.

The “Inside the Entrepreneurial Mind” series features successful entrepreneurs who share their stories and thoughts on building a successful company. Each program is followed by a question-and-answer session. Previous “Inside the Entrepreneurial Mind” events have hosted Lewis Schiff, chairman and executive director of Inc. Business Owners Council; and Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, principals of Winklevoss Capital.
