Stew Leonard’s takes over third floor of Westport Avenue office building

Supermarket chain Stew Leonard”™s has leased 11,544 square feet of office space at 444 Westport Ave. in Norwalk, according to Westport-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Vidal/Wettenstein LLC. The move represents a relocation of the chain’s ancillary support teams. Occupancy under the long-term lease, consisting of the building”™s entire third floor, is expected to begin in mid-2017.

Vidal/Wettenstein partners Robert Lewis and David Fugitt are the property”™s exclusive leasing agents, representing landlord Timpany Norwalk Real Estate LLC. With the Stew Leonard”™s deal, 16,000 of the building”™s 23,000 square feet have been leased.
